Amid the rising coronavirus COVID-19 cases, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has decided to cancel state board Class 10 exams.
Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad informed that “Given the worsening situation of the #Covid-19 pandemic, the Maharashtra government has now decided to CANCEL the state board exams for class 10th. Health & safety of students & teachers is our topmost priorityâ€.
Today CISCE also cancelled ICSE class 10 exams amid COVID surge while NTA postponed UGC NET Dec 2020, May 2021 exams. As of now, no new update has been issued over the cancelation of state board Class 12th as it was decided to be postponed till further order.
