The general body meeting of Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) on January 21 through video conferencing from Dr Panjabrao Deshmukh Hall at 11am, following directives given by the government owing to increase in Omicron/Covid-19 cases.
The office-bearers, members will be informed about meeting link through e-governance office 45 minutes before through whatsapp group, app group and to officers through HOD group.
They should ensure that Cisco Webex Meetings app is downloaded through Play Store/App Store and registered, attend the conferencing 20 minutes, should remain available on link throughout the conferencing, use headphone, ensure Mobile Internet, keep battery 60 per cent, look into camera etc., informed Dr Ranjana Lade, Municipal Secretary.
The general meeting is being held through video conferencing for the first time.
