ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup finale India aims to win the title for the fifth time

India is all set to take on head to head with England in the final of the ongoing 2022 Under 19 World Cup at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua, on February 5.

The U19 World Cup final between India and England will be played at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North South, Antigua.

India will aim for their fifth U19 World Cup title after suffering defeat in the final of the last edition to Bangladesh.

Team India have been the dominant team in the tournament’s history as they have won four Under 19 World Cup titles so far in the year 2000, 2008, 2013, and 2018.

The U19 World Cup final between India and England will start at 06:30 PM IST (Toss time: 06:00 PM IST).

On January 15 India Under-19 started their campaign with a win over South Africa U19 by 45 runs.

On January 19 India won by 174 run against Ireland

On January 22 India again registered win against Uganda with 326 run. India achieved the 400 mark and then bowled out Uganda for less than 80. It is a huge win for India and they top the group.

 On January 29 the boys in blue again won a match against Bangladesh by 5 wickets

India on February 2 defeated Australia in the semi-final match by 96 runs. It was a comprehensive win for India in the semi-finals on the back of an all-round display.

Skipper Yash Dhull struck a magnificent century, while Vice-Captain Shaik Rasheed missed out on a deserved 100 by 6 runs, the duo had a 204-run partnership.

Dinesh Bana helped India in a total of 290/5.  In the chase, Vicky Ostwal and Nishant Sindhu took 5-wickets between them, while Ravi Kumar bagged 2 wickets.
