People voted for developmental works by BJP: Gadkari

Congratulating Devendra Fadnavis for success in Goa, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari reiterated his slogan ‘Goa to sirf zanki hai, Maharashtra abhi baki hai’ and expressed confidence that Bharatiya janata Party will come victorious in next Maharashtra Assembly elections. Gadkari also stated that the people have demonstrated faith in developmental works carried out under leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President J P Nadda,

Fadnavis was felicitated at the hands of Gadkari at a function held here on Thursday. Gadkari said that the nation has received new direction and people, irrespective of caste, creed and religion have voted for their own future and development carried out during Modi’s tenure.

During tenure of Fadnavis as Maharashtra Chief Minister Nagpur could get AIIMS, IIIT, four-layered traffic routes, modern playgrounds. Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari has opened Atal Behari Bajpai e-libabry. The city has gained when Fadnavis was CM and MLC Chandrashekhar Bawankule was the Guardian Minister.

The parties like Shiv Sena and Congress have been crying foul against growing success of BJP. People. However faith in BJP, he said and appealed to the people of Nagpur to get elected BJP in the coming municipal elections.

Replying to the felicitation Fadnavis also said that people of Goa voted BJP to power, looking at the developmental works. He attributed success o Modi, Nadda and Gadkari and the people of Goa.

Even if Maha Vikas Aghadi members continue to lodge fake complaints against BJP leaders, the party will continue its fight against corruption of MVA leaders, he said. Siting and former legislators, party office bearers and workers were present in large number.
