Adv Abhijit Wanjari, MLC has been nominated Whip of Congress party in the Legislative Council. The appointment has been done by the party leader in the State Legislature and Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat.
Similarly Amarnath Rajurkar, elected from Nanded Local Bodies constituency, has been appointed Party leader in the Legislative Council.
The new appointments were announced in the Council by Chairman Ramraje Naik-Nimbalkar.
The names were recommended by MPCC Presiden Nana Patole and Public Works Minister Ashok Chavan.
