Enforcement Directorate officials raided residence of Adv Satish Ukey in Parvati Nagar, on Thursday morning.
Adv Satish Ukey and his brother Pradeep Ukey have been taken in custody by the ED officials, in charges of illegally land grabbing. They were arrested after enquiry and search for about five hours.
Adv Ukey, counsel of Congress leader Nana Patole, was in news after he leveled allegations against former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
ED is searching documents, relating to allegedly illegal land transfer transactions.
Ukey had lodged complaint against Fadnavis for alleging concealing information in his nomination form during 2019 Assembly elections.
A complaint against Adv Ukey relating to property deal ha been lodged with Ajni Police Station.
