Incessant rainfall has caused a flood-like situation in Nagpur. To add to the woes a crematorium in the Kalmna area of Nagpur was flooded following the heavy rainfall.
The ashes at the crematorium were washed away in the drain while the remaining ashes at the Kalmana crematorium ground were seen floating in the water.
Incessant rains in Nagpur left low-lying areas submerged in water. The Nagpur Municipal Corporation workers are unable to stop the ash from washing in water.
According to the met department, Nagpur received 101 mm of rainfall in 12 hours. IMD has issued an orange alert for heavy rainfall in the city for next two days.
