Nagpur city to witness traffic restrictions from Gittikhadan Chowk to Dinshaw Factory on both sides till March 31, 2023

It is suggested that a cement concrete road be built in Nagpur between the final project number 21, Gittikhadan Chowk, and Dinshaw Factory. The Municipal Commissioner, Radhakrishnan B, commanded that traffic restrictions on the mentioned route would be essential.

Following the diversion of left-hand traffic, traffic is moving on the right side of the road. Additionally, traffic will be detoured to the left side of the road after the left-side work is finished and the right side is closed to traffic. The said order dated December 31, 2022, to March 31, 2023, will remain in effect until it is mentioned.

To shut down or control traffic on the aforementioned road by utilizing wires or poles and other communication equipment, the Municipal Commissioner has instructed to erect of boards at strategic locations on both sides of the roadways for the people’s suggestions. The commissioner’s order further stated that steps needed to be taken in order to build and offer such functional facilities for the residents who live on both sides of the road. According to the directives, the work must be finished within the allotted time frame, and the road must be made accessible to the public on a schedule.

LED diversion boards should be installed to inform motorists at night. LAD must be garlanded on the barricading. The two-way traffic should be diverted from the same route by creating a temporary road divider at the place where the right-hand side is going to run.

Contractors themselves will be responsible for any untoward incident. Follow the traffic rules as well as the directions given by the traffic police.
