The Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Nagpur Chapter, in association with Ramdeobaba University, Nagpur, will organize the 3rd Energy Conservation Convention – “C-EnCo – 2026” on Sunday, June 28.
The convention, to be held at the Ramdeobaba University campus, is based on the theme “Practices for a Better Tomorrow and Converting Waste to Watts.” The inaugural session will commence at 9:40 a.m. Rajendra Thakre, Plant Head, Ashok Leyland, Bhandara, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The convention will feature expert talks, paper and case study presentations, vendor stall exhibitions, panel discussions, and vendor presentations on key topics such as energy conservation, energy efficiency, sustainable development, green technologies, and waste-to-energy solutions.
On the occasion, “The ECG Revolution”, a book authored by Vivek A. Shrouty, President of the QCFI Nagpur Chapter, will be released by the dignitaries.
The valedictory session, scheduled at 3:15 p.m., will be attended by Anil Kathoye, Chief Engineer, Super Thermal Power Station, Chandrapur.
According to Vivek A. Shrouty, President, and Vivek Joshi, Secretary of QCFI Nagpur Chapter, the convention is expected to witness the participation of a large number of representatives from industries, academic institutions, researchers, engineers, students, and professionals associated with the energy sector.
