On Wednesday, the Regional Meteorological Centre India Meteorological Department Nagpur released a district-wise precipitation forecast and warning for Vidarbha for the next five days.
The forecast states that very light to moderate rainfall might occur today at the isolated places over the Nagpur, Amravati, Wardha, and Bhandara districts of the Vidarbha region.
The warning says that there is a possibility of thunderstorms with lightning at one or two places today at Nagpur, Wardha, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Amravati, Akola, Yavatmal, Buldhana, and Washim.
