The Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce (NVCC) board has been suspended immediately, and an administrator has been appointed, according to an order made by the Bombay bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in response to a petition concerning financial fraud and irregularities.
Accordingly on Thursday, former Competition Commission of India (CCI) member a UG Nahta was appointed as administrator. The Tribunal has di- rected the administrator to conduct special audit, transactional audit, forensic audit to examine and submit reports on all previous resolutions, decisions, agree- ments executed by 1 NVCC.
Administrator Nahta has to submit 1 the inquiry report to the tribunal within six months. Chamber of- 1 fice-bearers and members will assist 1 Nahta in day-to-day inquiry. T
