Delhi Public School Kamptee Road, Nagpur hosted an Inter-School Science Fest ‘INFINITY 2023’ on the occasion of National Science Day, where the young scientists got a chance to meet, greet and compete for the coveted prizes. All the major schools across Nagpur actively participated in this vibrant extravaganza. The main objective of organising the science fest was to encourage scientific and technological creativity among students and create a sense of pride in their talents.
The science fest included unique events like Novelty, Science with Slides, Melodies, Colorimetry, Paradigm, Mind Striker and Creative Vistas which provided Grades VI to IX students a wonderful opportunity to showcase their innovative ideas and skills in the use of science and technology. The exhibits, displays and presentations were of a high standard and were greatly appreciated by the Chief Guest and judges. The valuable feedback of the judges helped the students understand concepts of science in a better manner. It was an enriching experience for the students to develop a love for science.
The Chief Guest Shri Abhimanyu Bhelave Education Officer, Raman Science Centre, Nagpur, congratulated the aspiring scientists and technologists for giving their best. He encouraged the aspiring scientists to not confine their knowledge within the four walls of their classroom but to apply it in the real world.
Ms. Ritu Sharma, Principal, DPS Kamptee Road, Nagpur expressed her joy at the success of ‘INFINITY 2023’ as it provided a platform for exploratory experiences and encouraged creative thinking among school students.
