Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Radhakrishnan B. have urged citizens of Nagpur to celebrate Dhulivandan in an environmentally conscious way.
While celebrating Dhulivandan on Tuesday avoid wasting water and chemical colours, Herbal colours that are safe for the environment can be used instead. This action will be very important in terms of environmental conservation, and the commissioner has urged citizens to take the initiative in this regard.
