Centre Point School, Amravati Road Bypass, recently hosted an exhilarating Book Fair in collaboration with City Book Shop, turning the campus into a vibrant hub of literary activity. Held on 30th April and 3rd and 4th May, 2024, the fair captivated students from all grades with a plethora of books ranging from thrilling adventures to enchanting tales, and informative encyclopedias to colourful storybooks.
The event kicked off with a spirited inauguration by Nandita Sapre of class 4B and Saanvi Sahu of class 7D, alongside our Principal, Mrs.Perveen Cassad and librarians, Ms. Vinita Yadav and Mrs. Chandra Negi. Both Nandita and Saanvi as well as the students present during the inaugural were honoured with gifts in recognition of their participation, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The fair, structured in phases, welcomed classes 1 to 3 on the 30th of April, followed by classes 4 to 7 on the 3rd of May, and concluded with classes 8 to 12 on the 4th of May. This literary extravaganza not only offered a treasure trove of books to explore but also ignited a love for reading among the students.
The event proved to be a golden opportunity for them to expand their imagination and embrace the joys of reading.
