The Nagpur Garden Club will host its Red Flower Show 2024 on November 15 at Dharampeth Girls High School, North Ambazari Road, near Kusumtai Wankhede Hall. Held in memory of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, India’s first Prime Minister, the event aims to engage young flower enthusiasts in a celebration of nature.
Students from all schools are invited to participate in various competition categories. Registration and flower arrangement will take place from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. The competition categories include: Single Red Rose, Any Other Red Flower (excluding roses), a Bunch of Red Flowers (minimum three), and Flower Arrangements for children in different age groups—under 8 years, 8-12 years, and 12-15 years. Each arrangement must include at least one red flower, in any shade, shared Anuja Parchure, President of the Nagpur Garden Club.
The event will also feature games and entertainment activities from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by the prize distribution ceremony from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
