Nagpur: Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) has introduced a financial assistance scheme for economically weaker students under its Student Welfare Fund. The initiative aims to support students from university-administered and affiliated colleges by covering essential expenses, including tuition fees, examination fees, hostel rent, and food costs.
Vijay Khandal, In-charge Director of the Student Development Department, stated that applications for the scheme will be accepted until January 2, 2025. Interested students must submit a prescribed application form along with required documents, such as an income certificate, previous mark sheets, and fee receipts, through their respective principals or department heads.
Incomplete or late submissions will result in rejection, and students are urged to adhere to the timeline.
The application form and detailed guidelines can be accessed on the university’s official website under the Student Development section.
