A traffic awareness drive has been actively conducted at Padole Hospital Square, Ring Road, 4.30 to 5.30 pm over the past few days by Nagpur 2025 organisation. The initiative aims to educate commuters about road safety rules, promote responsible driving habits, and reduce the risk of accidents by obeying traffic signals.

The drive, organized in collaboration with the local traffic police and civic volunteers, involves various activities such as displaying safety message placards, engaging with commuters, and highlighting the importance of helmet use, seat belts, and adherence to traffic signals.
In addition to the regular support provided by the Traffic Police team of the Sonegaon Police Station, PI Ghodke was actively present throughout the session on January 2nd. The event also witnessed a visit from DCP Traffic Archit Chandak, IPS, who commended the efforts and dedication of the volunteers.
The awareness campaign will continue for a few more days, providing an excellent opportunity for citizens to contribute to this noble cause.
Appeal to Join as a Volunteer
The traffic awareness drive is also calling on individuals, particularly students, professionals, and community members who are passionate about road safety, to join the initiative as volunteers. Their active involvement will not only amplify the impact of the campaign but also contribute to making roads safer for all.
