Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA), in collaboration with Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA), Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), German Development Cooperation (GIZ), MEDA MSME Cell and APS International is organizing a one-day training program on “Energy Efficiency and Effective Energy Management in Indian Industry for a Sustainable Future.”
The program will be held on Thursday, 16th January 2025, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM at VIA Auditorium, Udyog Bhawan, Civil Lines, Nagpur – 440 001.
This initiative aims to equip industries with essential knowledge and skills to adopt effective energy management practices.
The key highlights are sessions will be conducted by expert speakers / industry professionals from Boston and GIZ, providing hands-on training. All attendees will receive a certificate of participation.
Technical Session-I topics cover viz. Understanding ISO50001 Energy Management System and its linkage with the quality and other management systems Energy Policy, Scope, Processes and Leadership Management. Technical Session-II – Establishing Energy Review mechanism through setting up energy objectives, Targets and Action Plan, Energy Performance Indicators (EnPI), Energy Baseline and Monitoring.
No participation fee, but prior registration is mandatory.
