In a moment of pride for Nagpur, the central government has announced the recipients of the President’s Police Medal for exceptional service on the eve of Republic Day. Among this year’s distinguished honorees is Nagpur Police Commissioner Dr. Ravinder Kumar Singal, recognized for his unwavering dedication and service to the police force.
Dr. Singal, who has been spearheading the Tiger Run initiative to raise awareness about cybercrime and drug abuse, was formally congratulated on Saturday, January 25, during the initiative’s award ceremony. Inspector General of Police Dr. Dilip Bhujbal extended his felicitations, alongside Nagpur Joint Commissioner Nisar Tamboli and other senior officials who graced the occasion.

The official Republic Day ceremony, set to take place in New Delhi, will see the President of India presenting the medals to the recipients.
