The lawyers will be allowed to appear in court without a black coat from March 1 to June 30. The earlier decision was to grant the facility from March 15, which has been advanced to March 1 due to the onset of summer earlier. The relief on a voluntary basis has been granted under para 636 of Chapter 22 of the Civil Manual.
