Nagpur: Residents in several localities under the jurisdiction of the Shrikrishna Nagar sub-station may face intermittent power supply on Tuesday, May 20, as Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) undertakes a scheduled shutdown.
According to an official release, the power interruption will take place between 11 AM and 3 PM to facilitate the connection of a new power cable to an existing feeder. The process involves cable testing, which may cause electricity to go off and on during the specified hours.
The areas expected to be affected include Shitla Mata Square, Ishwar Nagar, Hasanbagh, Diamond Nagar, Kharbi Road, Shesh Nagar, Shakti Mata Nagar sectors 1 to 5, Wathoda Pandhan Road, Ramna Maroti Mandir, and Shrikrishna Nagar.
MSEDCL has advised residents to make necessary arrangements in advance and cooperate during the maintenance work.
