The last date for registration for admission to Standard XI has been extended from June 3 to June 5 up to 2 pm. Minor changes in the schedule for admission has been carried out. The dates for registration were from May 26 to June 3, which has been extended to June 5. The changes have been made to complete the in house quota admissions, Education Officer (Secondary) Dr Shriram Panzade has informed.
Under the In-House Quota 10 percent seats are reserved in the private schools and colleges. In societies having more than one schools, junior colleges and senior colleges, for admission purpose all together will be considered a single unit. If such institutions are in different districts it will not be considered a single unit.

More than 10.85 lakh students have enrolled for admission till the evening of June 2. The division-wise registration is Pune – 1,87,925, Mumbai – 2,65,900, Kolhapur – 1,07,012, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar – 1,00,040, Nashik – 1,12,108, Nagpur – 95,210, Amravati – 98,359, Latur – 58,586, and others – 61,712.
