A heartfelt musical evening titled ‘Shraddhanjali’ will be hosted by the MR K Musical Group on Sunday, August 3, at 6 PM, at Sai Sabhagruh, Shankar Nagar, to mark the 45th death anniversary of legendary playback singer Mohammed Rafi.
The programme will also celebrate the timeless contributions of fellow music legends Mukesh and Kishore Kumar, featuring soulful performances of their classic songs.
Renowned local singers including Vinod Dube, Sarita Gadkari, Pushpa Jogey, B. Indrakumar Verma, Manisha Jawalikar, and Jitesh Banode will take the stage to present a rich collection of evergreen melodies.
The tribute has been conceptualised by singer Ram Khanagan, with musical arrangements crafted by Parimal Joshi and team. Coordination for the event is being handled by Ramesh Ayyar, while Mohd Salim will serve as the evening’s compère.
The event is free and open to all, inviting music lovers across the city to join in a memorable celebration of melody and nostalgia.
