Nagpur: Continuing its long-standing commitment to promoting traditional yoga, Janardanswami Yogabhyasi Mandalwill launch a new batch of Ashtang Yog training at its Ramnagar Centre from October 15. The special session, which will run till the end of the month, will be conducted free of cost for all participants.
The morning batch will be held from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., offering guided training in Ashtang Yog under the supervision of expert instructors. Interested participants must register before 7 a.m. on October 15, as admissions will close thereafter.
The Mandal, which has been imparting traditional Ashtang Yog training based on the teachings of Sage Patanjali, has been serving the Nagpur community for over 75 years — consistently offering yoga education and wellness practices free of charge.
