The power supply to various parts under MSEDCL’s (Mahavitaran) Mahal Division will be temporarily interrupted for six days due to essential energization (charging) and maintenance work on the underground electricity feeders.
This work will be carried out daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM starting from Friday, November 21 to Wednesday, November 26, 2025. The power supply will remain suspended in the concerned areas during this time.
MSEDCL states that these urgent works are necessary to provide customers with a better and safer power supply and has requested the cooperation of all affected consumers. MSEDCL apologizes for the inconvenience caused to its customers and urges them to charge their mobile phones and complete other necessary tasks before the power shutdown.

The areas that will experience a ‘power cut’ on the specified dates are as follows:

Monday, Nov 24 10 AM – 2 PM Central Railway Feeder Empress Mill, Shri Nagar Society, Saket Nagar Society, and Suyog Nagar Society.
Tuesday, Nov 25 10 AM – 2 PM Jai Durga Feeder Bharti Society, Jai Durga No. 6 Society, Suraj Society, Fortune City Society, Jayanti Society, Mansion-09 Society, and Jai Prabhu RTO Society.
Wednesday, Nov 26 10 AM – 2 PM Not Specified Suraj Griha Society, Kaikali Nagar Society, Shyam Nagar Society, Rajgriha Society, Somwar Bazar Area, and Geetanjali Society.
Additional Power Outage
A major project to replace power lines by ‘Mahapareshan’ (MSETCL) is also starting, which will affect the Hudkeshwar Sub-Division. The power supply in Shegaon Nagar and Saraswati Nagar areas will be shut down on Friday, November 21 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
