The SFS School Old Students Association (SFS OSA) was formally launched on December 24, 2025. Founder President Mr. Arunpal Singh Behal met the Rev.Archbishop Elias Joseph Gonsalves along with executive members to seek his blessings on the occasion.
The delegation included General Secretary Mr. Lijo Jose, Treasurer Mr. Santosh George, and other office bearers. SFS OSA is the registered association of ex-students of SFS High School and Junior College, Nagpur, a prestigious institution with a legacy of 155 years.
SFS School has produced eminent alumni such as former Chief Justice of India Justice Sharad A. Bobde, renowned lawyer Harish Salve, filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, political leaders Dr. Shrikant Jichkar, Mukul Wasnik, Sameer Meghe, Anees Ahmed, noted journalists, and legendary cartoonist Late Irfan Hussain.
The Association aims to strengthen alumni engagement and mentor students in higher education, careers, entrepreneurship, and start-ups. The Executive Committee approved the formation of an independent Girls’ Alumni Body and a Youth Committee.
A grand installation ceremony will be held shortly with the Rev.Archbishop as Chief Guest, Principal Fr. Prashant Karvyl, and distinguished alumni in attendance. The Association plans sports, cultural events, and the Irfan Hussain Drawing Competition as part of its activities.
