Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies (SCMS), Nagpur, marked a significant milestone with the successful organisation of SymUtsav 2026, its first-ever annual cultural, sports and co-curricular festival. The two-day event celebrated creativity, teamwork and leadership, while providing students with a dynamic platform to showcase their talents beyond academics.
The festival witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across Nagpur and featured a wide range of cultural performances, competitions, live band shows and interactive, student-led initiatives. Designed to encourage holistic development, SymUtsav aimed to promote inter-institutional collaboration and foster an inclusive, high-energy campus environment.
Highlighting the importance of such platforms, Dr Sameer Pingle, Director, SCMS Nagpur, said that SymUtsav embodied youthful spirit and leadership, offering students valuable hands-on exposure to coordination, planning and execution of large-scale events.
The fest was organised under the guidance of Dr Pingle and Prof Richa Singh, faculty in-charge, with active support from the Student Council, various cells and clubs of SCMS Nagpur. Their collective efforts and teamwork played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and overall success of SymUtsav 2026.
Through this initiative, SCMS Nagpur reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing confident, socially responsible and industry-ready professionals.
