Airlines operator IdiGo has cancelled all the booking including Pune-Bangkok and Bangkok-Pune flights during summer season, from March 29. IndiGo, however, did not specifically cite any reason for the cancellation of bookings. The company has only stated that the step has been taken due to changes in work.
The travellers from Pune to Bangkok have the only option of ‘Air India Express’, with the cancellation of bookings by IndiGo. According to experts in the field IndiGo is reviewing its commercial and operational services, which may have resulted in the decision. The review is based on low response by the travellers. IndiGo has cancelled all the bookings during the summer season.
