Aapla Manus Foundation will organise an Inter-School Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament on February 28 and March 1 at Arunrao Kalode College Ground, Omkar Nagar, starting from 9 am.
The tournament is open to school teams from Classes 5 to 9. Teams from both State Board and CBSE schools can participate, and entry is free.
The winning team will be awarded a cash prize of ?21,000, while the runners-up will receive ?11,000. Individual awards for Best Batsman, Best Bowler and Best Fielder will also be presented.
The event is being organised through the efforts of Dr. Gagan Rahangdale, Corporator Nagesh Mankar and Coordinator Rohit Mishra. The foundation aims to nurture young talent and encourage sportsmanship through the tournament.
