The IAS–IWA Women’s Day Knee Arthroscopy Cadaveric Course 2026 was successfully conducted at Datta Meghe Medical College (DMMC), Nagpur, bringing together a distinguished group of women orthopaedic surgeons from across India for an intensive, hands‑on training session.
The workshop was led by Dr. Neha Godghate (Orthopaedic Surgeon), Nagpur, with expert surgical support from Dr. Mukesh Laddha, Dr. Siddharth Jain, and Dr. Pratima Khincha. Their collective expertise provided participants with valuable exposure to advanced knee arthroscopy techniques.
The event was graced by Dr. Rajiv Raman, Secretary, Indian Arthroscopy Society (IAS) & Dr. Vasant Gawande, CMS & Head, Department of Orthopaedics, SMHRC, underscoring a continued commitment to promoting women’s leadership and skill development in arthroscopy.
The course was organized in association with Smith & Nephew and featured world-class equipment along with premium training resources. The program was effectively coordinated by Mr. Vivek D. Bhardwaj, Manager & the team at the School of Experiential Learning & Simulation Centre (SEL & SC), DMMC, ensuring its smooth and seamless execution.
