The Andhra Association, Nagpur, will organise a series of religious and cultural programmes in March 2026 at Amrut Bhavan on North Ambazari Road to celebrate Ugadi and other traditional observances.
The events will begin on March 19 with Panchanga Sravanam by Pandit Kolluri Venkatadri Sarma from Raigad, Odisha. The evening will feature a comedy show by artists Jabardast Apparao and R. Lakshmi from Hyderabad, followed by Ayyappa Bhakti Geetalu by V. Potu Raju, accompanied by V. Gopi. Local artists will also present singing and dance performances, followed by dinner.
On March 27, Sri Sita Rama Kalyana Mahotsavam will be held, featuring a Shobha Yatra, Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam performed by priests from Hyderabad, Veda Ashirvachanam, and felicitation of newly elected corporators, followed by Maha Prasadam.
The programme will conclude on March 28 with Sri Rama Pattabhishekam and distribution of Maha Prasadam.
