A grand Maha Aarti aimed at promoting world peace will be held in Saoner on March 26 at 5:30 PM at the Nagar Parishad Ground. Organised by MLA Dr Ashish Deshmukh, the event will witness thousands of devotees performing diya aarti simultaneously in an attempt to enter the Guinness World Records.
The initiative seeks to surpass the previous world record set in Ayodhya in October 2025. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will be present at the event. Organisers said the Maha Aarti is not just about setting a record, but a collective prayer for global peace, unity, and harmony amid ongoing conflicts worldwide.
