A grand and spiritually uplifting event titled “World Record Maha Aarti for World Peace” was held in Saoner near Nagpur on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, in the presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The entire town of Saoner was immersed in devotion as thousands of lamps lit up the surroundings and chants of “Jai Shri Ram” resonated across the area.
The highlight of the event was the creation of a world record, as the largest number of people performed a synchronized Maha Aarti simultaneously. The achievement has been officially recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. Organizers said that each lamp symbolized a collective resolve for world peace, unity, and harmony, turning the event into a powerful spiritual message beyond just a religious celebration.
