The city of Jamnagar has once again turned into a hotspot for Bollywood’s biggest names as it hosts the 31st birthday celebrations of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, on April 10.
Celebrities began arriving as early as April 7, transforming the airport into a hub of star activity. Ranveer Singh, riding high on the success of Dhurandhar 2, was seen greeting paparazzi in a casual oversized white shirt and black trousers. Shah Rukh Khan also arrived with his wife Gauri Khan, son AbRam Khan, and even their pet dog.
Salman Khan made a stylish entry in a black shirt and jeans, accompanied by his sister Arpita Khan and brother-in-law Aayush Sharma.
The guest list also includes South superstar Ram Charan, filmmaker Boney Kapoor, and younger celebrities such as Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda. Social media personality Orry also drew attention with his airport appearance.
Beyond Bollywood, the sports world is well represented, with cricketers Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma, along with members of the Mumbai Indians, attending the celebrations.
Cultural Celebrations and Vantara’s Grandeur
Although the birthday falls on April 10, festivities are already underway at Vantara and the Reliance Greens complex, blending traditional culture with modern luxury.
On April 9, a grand “Lok Dayro” folk music event was held in Jogvad village near Moti Khavdi, featuring performances by noted artists Sairam Dave and Rajbha Gadhvi, with members of the Ambani family in attendance.
Earlier in the week, globally acclaimed composer A. R. Rahman was also spotted arriving in the city, adding to the musical buzz.
Philanthropy and Community Initiatives
To mark the occasion, the Ambani family has incorporated charitable initiatives into the celebrations. A donation of ₹10 crore has been made for gau seva to the Salangpur Hanuman Temple, which will be used to build a modern gaushala.
Additionally, Reliance is organising a special meal for employees of Reliance and Jio as part of the celebrations.
Tight Security and City Buzz
The influx of high-profile guests has created a festive atmosphere across Jamnagar, with luxury car convoys frequently seen moving between the airport and event venues. To manage the crowd and ensure safety, authorities have put in place tight security arrangements from the airport to the Reliance complex.
