A three-day Integrated Maha Yoga Camp has been organised at Ishwar Deshmukh College of Physical Education (IDCPE), Krida Square, Hanuman Nagar, under the aegis of Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar.The camp will be held from April 11 to 13, with daily two-hour sessions starting at 5:30 am.Yogarishi Dr Paramarth Dev Maharaj, Central In-charge of Bharat Swabhiman Trust, Haridwar, and a disciple of Swami Ramdev, will be present at the event.Participants will receive guidance on yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Dr Paramarth will also share valuable tips on home remedies and Ayurvedic treatments for various health issues.
Office-bearers of the Patanjali Yoga Family Nagpur, including Dinesh Rathod, Anil Amrutwar, Pradeep Katekar, Deepak Yewale, and Dr Jeevesh Panchbhai, have appealed to citizens to take advantage of this mega yoga camp.
