Delhi Public School MIHAN proudly hosted the spectacular Dance Dazzle 5.0 on the occasion of
International Dance Day on 29th April 2026 at the school premises.
Under the inspiring leadership of Ms. Tulika Kedia, President and Pro-Vice Chairperson, and Ms.
Savita Jaiswal, Director, DPS MIHAN continues to create exceptional platforms that nurture
creativity, talent, and holistic development among young learners.
The mega event witnessed an overwhelming participation of 121 entries across various categories
and dance forms, including solo and group performances, classical, contemporary, freestyle, and
many more vibrant styles.
A total of 112 solo performances and 9 group performances were presented by talented
participants across two age groups: 8–11 years and 12–16 years. The stage came alive with
mesmerizing performances that beautifully showcased rhythm, grace, creativity, and passion for
dance.
Participants were judged on choreography, expression, rhythm, coordination, and stage presence
by an esteemed panel of judges, including Shri Rishikesh Pohankar, Nagpur’s renowned and
youngest leading male Bharatnatyam dancer, who has represented the city nationally and
internationally and holds the titles of Nritya Visharad and Nritya Alankar, along with Mr. Lokesh
Tandulkar, a celebrated dance choreographer associated with prestigious Sony TV reality shows
such as Boogie Woogie, Dance Premier League, and the Marathi dance platform Paul Padate
Pudhe.
Principal Ms. Nidhi Yadav graced the occasion and applauded the exceptional performances and
dedication of all participants. Winners were felicitated with cash prizes, trophies, and certificates,
adding to the grandeur of the championship.
Dance Dazzle 5.0 stood as a magnificent celebration of culture, talent, and youthful energy,
reaffirming DPS MIHAN’s commitment to providing remarkable opportunities for students to shine
beyond academics.
