The Nagpur divisional board has recorded a pass percentage of 88.67% in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination held in February–March 2026, according to the official results released.
Out of 1,62,346 registered students, a total of 1,62,330 students appeared for the examination, of which 1,43,866 students successfully passed. The division secured the 6th position among all divisions in Maharashtra in terms of overall pass percentage. While Nagpur maintained a strong performance, it remained behind divisions like Pune and Amravati in the overall ranking.
Education officials noted that consistent academic efforts and improved participation contributed to the steady results, but emphasized the need for further improvement to climb higher in the state rankings next year.
