A special train service will operate between Gondia and Hazrat Nizamuddin (Delhi), offering major relief to passengers. The train will run via Balaghat, Nainpur, Jabalpur, Sagar, Jhansi, and Agra Cantt before reaching Delhi.
Train numbers 08811 and 08812 will operate for a single round trip. Train No. 08811 will depart from Gondia on May 23 and reach Hazrat Nizamuddin (Delhi) via the designated route. The return journey, operated as Train No. 08812, will begin from Delhi on May 25 and return to Gondia.
The introduction of this special service aims to provide relief to long-distance passengers who have been demanding direct rail connectivity between Gondia and Delhi.
The train will have both general and sleeper class coaches, ensuring convenience for passengers across categories. Railway authorities are operating it as a special service, and depending on passenger response and operational experience, it may be considered for regular operation in the future.
