The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra, has announced the results of the first attempt of the MHT CET 2026 examination for MBA and MMS programmes. Candidates who appeared for the test can download their scorecards from the official CET Cell website using their registered login credentials.
The MBA/MMS entrance examination was conducted from April 6 to 8, 2026, and the release of results has enabled thousands of aspirants to check their performance and prepare for the admission process.
Along with the results, the CET Cell has also released the final answer key for the MHT CET 2026 PCM first attempt. Out of 76 objections raised by candidates across Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, 16 were accepted.
Physics recorded the highest number of corrections, with 12 questions being dropped from the evaluation process. Full marks for these questions will be awarded to all candidates who appeared in the relevant exam sessions held between April 11 and April 20. In Chemistry, two questions from the April 11 and April 19 sessions were found to contain errors, while two objections in Mathematics were also accepted. Log in using your registered email ID and password.
Enter the security pin and submit the details.Your scorecard will appear on the screen.
Download and print the scorecard for future reference.
The scorecard contains important details, including the candidate’s percentile score, result date, course information and personal details. Candidates are advised to keep both digital and printed copies, as the document will be required during counselling and document verification.
Students who are not satisfied with their first-attempt scores will have an opportunity to improve their percentile through the second attempt. The CET Cell is expected to announce the schedule for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) soon, through which MBA and MMS seats across Maharashtra will be allotted.
The number of registrations for CET examinations has continued to rise this year, with nearly 18.12 lakh students registering — an increase of more than 28 per cent compared to 2025. The CET Cell has attributed the growth to improvements in its technology-driven and student-friendly examination system, aimed at increasing accessibility across Maharashtra, particularly in rural areas.
In 2025, the PCM group recorded 4,64,263 registrations, with 4,22,663 students appearing for the examination, resulting in an attendance rate of 91.04 per cent. The MHT CET PCM 2025 results were declared on June 16, with 22 students securing a perfect 100 percentile score. The PCB group saw 3,01,072 registrations, of which 2,82,737 candidates appeared for the examination.
