To pay tribute to one of India’s most melodious and evergreen playback singers, the late Suman Kalyanpur, Sursangam is organizing a special musical programme titled ‘Suman Sugandh’ on Thursday, June 11, at 7:30 PM at Dr. Vasantrao Deshpande Auditorium, Civil Lines, Nagpur.
The programme will feature a musical homage through popular Marathi and Hindi songs originally sung by Suman Kalyanpur. Singers Surabhi Dhomne, Anuja Sawji, Arvind Patil, Dr. Nishikant Lokhande, and Mukul Pande will present a selection of her timeless melodies.
The musical accompaniment will be provided by Sachin Dhomne, Arya Purankar, Amar Shende, Shivlal Yadav, Subhash Wankhede, Manoj Chiragle, Pramod Bawane, and Ujjwala Gokarn. The programme will be compered by Shubhangi Rayalu.
The event is supported by Officemate (Sony) Quality Stationery Products, Maitri Parivar Sanstha, Pukhraj Group, Nagpur Nagrik Sahakari Bank (NNSB), Vishnuji Ki Rasoi, MD Travel & Tourism, and Srujan Wall Art.
