Music enthusiasts in Nagpur will be treated to an evening dedicated to Raag Yaman and diverse musical genres as the Kader Academy of Music presents its programme, ‘Rag Yaman Ke Rang, Kader Academy Ke Sang’, on Sunday, July 19.
The event will be held at Mohammad Rafi Cultural Hall and will begin at 5 pm.
The concert will showcase a blend of classical compositions, ghazals, semi-classical renditions and popular Hindi film songs, offering audiences a wide-ranging musical experience. Performances will be delivered by Kalpana Ganveer, Disha Kukekar, Vanashree Khadse, Dr Sudhir Kunnawar and Shivika Chandak, along with students of the academy.
The musical presentation has been conceived by MA Kader and Zeenat Kader. Instrumental accompaniment during the programme will be provided by Abdul Zahir, Vijay Naidu, Manoj Vishwakarma, Ashok Doke, Raju Gajbhiye and Ahmed Khan.
