A total of 56,669 candidates have successfully verified and confirmed their applications for MBA/MMS admissions for the 2026-27 academic year, making them eligible to participate in the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell’s Centralised Admission Process (CAP).
The figure is lower than last year’s 59,456 confirmed applications, marking a decline of 2,787 candidates. Although 67,616 students registered before the extended application deadline of 5 pm on July 19, only 56,669 completed document verification and application confirmation by July 20.
According to the CET Cell, the provisional merit list will be published on July 22. Candidates will be able to submit online grievances from July 23 to July 25 (5 pm), after which the final merit list will be released on July 27.
The first CAP round will begin on July 28. The admission process, comprising four CAP rounds followed by institute-level admissions, is scheduled to conclude on September 15, 2026.

- September 15: Completion of the admission process
