Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that the government will establish fast-track courts to ensure the speedy trial and stringent punishment of those involved in paper leak cases, reaffirming that the welfare and future of the country’s youth remain the government’s highest priority.
In a statement shared on social media, the Prime Minister said he has directed the concerned authorities and departments to take all necessary steps for the formation of fast-track courts to expedite the disposal of paper leak cases.
He described the move as part of a series of measures aimed at safeguarding the interests of students and protecting the credibility of examinations.”Nothing is more important than the welfare and future of our youth,” Modi said, asserting that those who attempt to jeopardize students’ futures through paper leaks “will not be spared.”
The announcement comes amid nationwide concerns over examination paper leaks and follows a series of government initiatives to strengthen the examination system, improve transparency, and ensure accountability in recruitment and competitive examinations.
The proposed fast-track courts are expected to accelerate the legal process, ensure swift justice, and serve as a strong deterrent against those involved in examination-related fraud.
