“CAs are doctors of financial health”- Dr. Prof. P. S. Changole

“Numbers are created by humans and Chartered Accountants are the best people to handle these numbers” said Dr. Professor Changole, HOD and Officiating Principle of Dhanwate National College while speaking at inaugural session of Advanced IT training and MCS batch for CA Students at Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI at Dhantoli.

Dr. Prof. Changole motivated the students to work on the path of honesty and integrity. He said figures of any business depict many views and to understand perfect picture and financial health of any business, CAs act like doctors. Accounting system is totally based on statistics & analysis. Statistics is the real game of numbers and numbers can prove everything in every field and Chartered Accountants are master of numbers.

CA Course is one of the toughest course in the World, which teaches practical aspects. Dr. Changole while addressing the gathering said that Chartered Accountants are the most committed & practical oriented in their work. Further he said theory is necessary for every course but practical orientation is must & the students of Chartered Accountancy Course are well versed with the technology through practical training. He further said the articleship training is the best practical knowledge base training. While elaborating about the advance IT training, Professor Changole said that previously only MBAs used to have good presentation skills but now a days CAs are also well versed with all these skills due to training courses like Advance ITT, Management and Communication Skills and Orientation Programs conducted by ICAI for their students.

Prof. Changole mentioned that around 3000 innovations are done by human beings and technology is the base of any advancement. Scientific approach should be developed in students so as to make them future enabled to cope with new developments in technology.

Learning is the backbone to professional success, said CA. Suren Duragkar, Chairman of Nagpur Branch, during his welcome address and elaborated the process of training during and after the qualification. He informed that ICAI is working on ABCD of technology for the students and members. A stands for Artificial intelligence, B for Block Chain, C for Cyber Security, D for Data Analytics. He said that ICAI is very proactive and always equipped its members with latest technology.

Regional Council Member CA Abhijit Kelkar, mentioned that students are pillars of the Institute and to make the CA Institute stronger, CA students are being trained with very high standard of skill sets. He further said about the necessary pre-membership trainings like articleship, Orientation, Advanced Information Technology Training & Management & Communication skill course. Also he has given information about the CPE which is mandatory after qualification.

The faculties for the AITT CA. Trupti Bhatatad, CA. Mayank Saraf, CA. Nikita Chawla, CA. Kapil Maheshwari, Shri Somnath Battacharjee & faculty for MCS Senior CA. Girish Deodhar wererecognized and welcomed by the Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI.

The Vote of thanks was presented by Secretary CA. Saket Bagdia and the program was coordinated by executive member CA. Harish Rangwani.

Prominently present on the occasion were CA. Kirit Kalyani, Vice Chairman Nagpur Branch, CA Jiten Saglani, Treasurer, CA Sanjay Agrawal, WICASA Chairman, CA Akshay V Gulhane, Executive Committee Member, along with faculties for different CA Student training courses.
