If these cases are resolved by proper arbitration, the judicial system will be able to take care of more intense cases. He emphasised that more and more cases should be resolved through arbitration. A.K. Sharma also laid down the benefits of mediation/arbitration. He suggested that both the client and the litigant should try and resolve their case mutually. He also said that clients should be informed by the benefits of arbitration by their lawyers.
