Bhadang Cricket Club win cricket title

Bhadang Cricket Club downed Siddheshwar Club by 20 runs to win  48th Dadasaheb Karnewar Inter-Club Cricket Tournament at the Dinanath School ground on Friday.

Batting first Bhadang club piled up  163 for 3 in 20 overs. Skipper Aryan selokar remained unbeaten on 91. He hit 12 boundaries and two sixes. Anuj Tiwari (31*) and Ritik Bedi (27) were other scorers. Harsh Lilhare and Yash Guhane picked up one wicket each for Siddeshwar Club.

In reply, Siddheshwar were bowled out for 143 in 18.4 overs thanks to disciplined bowling by Ritik and Aryan.

Ritik snapped up four wickets while Aryan accounted for three batsmen. Harsh Lilhare was the top-scorer for Siddheswar Club. Harsh (55) scored a half-century but it was enough to carry Siddheshwar Club home. Apart from Harsh, Atharv Goswami (29) and Om Watkar (16) were the other notable scorers for Siddheshwar Club.
