Trividha Kala Niketan, Lalit Kala Sanstha recently started its music classes at Tiny Tot school. Chief Guest for the programme was suramani Dr Sadhana Shiledar. Music composer and Harmonium player Shrikant Pise along with chief guest inaugurated the classes.
Singer Falguni Kurzekar and Shrikant Pise gave solo performances during the programme.
Dr Sadhana Shiledar during the inaugural informed about the importance of practice in the field of arts. She also expressed that it should not be looked up to as mere source of income while, emphasis should also be laid upon spreading the art form.
Falguni Kurzekar performed Ganesh Vandana, bhajan, ghazal, devotional songs, and bhaav geete. Shrikant Pise gave performances in raga Basant and enthralled everyone with ‘Yaad Piya ki aai’ on Harmonium. Nikhil Madavi and Vijay Yelure accompanied the artistes.
