Dr Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies and Research recently conducted “Aarambh” an event for the new batch of students. The five day-long event recently concluded, which included induction program and Sahas camp outdoor activities and ended with installation Day program.
Induction programme is an informative and educative program to groom and nurture young graduate students to mould society in the days to come. The aim of the program was to give the students who are joining the college a bird’s eye view about various dimensions of management and the career opportunities for the management students and to acquaint them with the systems and procedures of the institute .The idea was to make the students aware of their prospective opportunities and to show them the path they have adopt in order to become successful managers.
New batch of students were warmly welcomed by the seniors and teaching fraternity of DAIMSR by conducting an induction programme to make new students familiar with college. “Outward bound bharat” also known as Sahas camp conducted various activities on management skills required for a student Studentswere taught through management games onqualities like self-focus, leadership, disciplines and teamwork etc. The teachers had arranged various indoor activities including musical chair which was arranged to create a cheerful environment encouraging student’s participation in institute.
Finally, the event concluded with the installation day ceremony, where BBA and BCCA 2019 batch was formally installed in DAIMSR in presence of all teaching Staff .The winners of the event were awarded with medals and certificate by the HOD’s of the institute. The event concluded with the vote of thanks and national anthem.
