The installation ceremony of Dharampeth M.P.Deo Memorial Science College Rotaract 2019-20 was held recently. President Mr. Sandeep Deshpande, Secretary Mr. Abhijit Deshpande, Director of New Generation and Youth Mr. Anuj Desai and other members of Rotary Club of Nagpur Downtown were present on the occasion.
Dr. Mrs. Archana Kulkarni, Vice Principal of the college gave the welcome address. She spoke on the strengthening of Social Quotient of the students. Dr. Mrs. Shraddha Deshpande, Head of the Department, English and College Co-ordinator announced the newly elected members of the Rotaract Club.
Ms. Shorbika Bhattacharya was elected as President, Mr.Aniruddha Ashtikar as Secretary, Ms. Bhavika Ranpura as Joint Secretary, Mr. Suraj Sing as Treasurer, Mr.Shardul Mohril as Sergeant at Arms, Ms.Divya Yerne as Director of Professional Development Services, Ms. Dhanashree as Director of Club Services, Ms. Shubhashree Joshi as a Director of International Services, Mr.Yash Wagh as a Public Relation Officer and Ms. Vaishnavi Borkuntwar, Ms. Neha Nakade, Ms. Apoorva Bhoyar, Ms. Sakshi Giri, Mr. Atharva Wargantiwar, Ms.Tanuja Khedekar, Ms.Renuka Khanzode and Mr. Sanket Jawalkar as Executive Members. Chief Guest of the event President Sandeep Deshpande motivated the students to participate in social activities through Rotaract Club.
Newly elected President of Rotaract 2019-20 and Ms. Shorbika Bhattacharya gave the Presidential speech. The program was successfully conducted under the guidance of Dr.Akhilesh Peshwe, Principal of the College, Adv. Ulhas Auranabadkar, President, Dharampeth Education Society, and Secretary, Dharampeth Education Society Shri. Ratnakar Kekatpure.
