Differently abled students of Kalyan deaf and dumb school of Reshimbagh will be given free training and demo about various art forms by famous artists in Nagpur. Samvedana Autistic children school is also participating. This workshop is organized by Nagpur’s very own artist Neha Munje and her initiative ArtistiKa collective on 12th and 13th oct 2019 at Kusumtai Wankhede hall, North Amabazari road from 11 am to 9 pm. Various art forms like water color painting, Acrylic painting, calligraphy, dot painting, mandala, warli painting would be included in the workshop sessions. The sole motto of the workshop is to empower such differently abled students in art so that it could be further developed as source of income for them.
Famous portrait artist Arun Morghade would inaugurate the exhibition of and workshop. At 4 pm on 12th Praful Dekate would address workshop on water color painting. On 13th Atul Pardhi would guide on Mural art. ‘Vesh Sanskriti’ program is scheduled at 4 pm on the same day.
In addition to this, Divyang women artist would show case their art of doll making from waste paper in mushy doll work. Various women artist are going to showcase their art forms. Entire workshop sessions and exhibition of various artwork is intended to empower women and specially abled children told Artist Neha Munje.
